We’re a small but diverse and unique service here. Clients can have many vulnerabilities as asylum seekers and torture survivors, and we’ll work with them to address each issue through therapy and welfare support.

About the West Midlands centre

Our centre in Birmingham was set up in 2009, in response to the dispersal of asylum seekers across the UK.

The centre offers a period of safety and stabilisation, therapy and health assessments, as well as medico-legal reports. Visit our Help for survivors section for more information and to make a referral. Clinicians also work in collaboration with other services across the region to provide holistic support to asylum seekers and refugees.

Our West Midlands centre covers the following areas of the UK: Birmingham and Solihull, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Wolverhampton and Worcestershire.
