Survivors Speak Out Plaque honoured at St Pauls Cathedral exhibition from 20th June 2016
During Refugee Week, we are proud to announce that the Survivors Speak OUT network of activists who are former Freedom from Torture clients, have been honoured by the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and the “I am a Refugee Campaign” celebrating the contribution refugees have made, historically and currently, to life in the UK.
It reminds us that those who are given sanctuary give so much back in return. His plaque will be displayed in a striking art exhibition with over 50 refugees during Refugee Week at St Paul’s Cathedral from today.
